Account information such as your name, email address, phone number, password hash, account role, and assigned branch.

Content you choose to provide, including vehicle inventory details, photographs, bulk-import files, inquiries, and support communications.

Technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request timestamps, error logs, and security events. We do not sell personal information.

To create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and provide the app and website features.

To manage dealership inventory, branch access, customer inquiries, support, fraud prevention, and service reliability.

To meet legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect users, Nidhivan Motors, and the public.

We may process information using hosting, database, file-storage, email, security, and technical-support providers acting on our behalf. We may also disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect rights and safety. We do not share personal information for third-party behavioral advertising.

We retain account information while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your login credentials, profile information, roles, and branch assignments from the active service.

Some information may be retained for a limited period in secure backups or where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legitimate dealership record-keeping purposes. We may retain information that has been aggregated or de-identified so it no longer identifies you.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls, and hashed passwords. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password and protect access to your device.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can delete your app account from the Account screen or use our public account-deletion page if you cannot access the app.

The Nidhivan app and services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly create accounts for children.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date.
