Delete your account and profile data

You can permanently delete your Nidhivan account inside the Android app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can send us a deletion request from this page.

Delete inside the app

  1. Sign in to the Nidhivan app.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Confirm with your password and select Delete permanently.

Request deletion by email

Email us from the address connected to your account. Include your account email or phone number. We may contact you to verify ownership before completing the request.

What deletion covers

Account deletion removes your login credentials, name, email address, phone number, roles, and branch assignments. Information that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or legitimate dealership record-keeping purposes may be retained only as permitted by law and described in our privacy policy. Deletion requests are normally processed within seven business days after verification.
